In collaboration with Chevron’s IT division, management team and their exhibit house reps, icon1 worked with them to map out all the integration points and workflows required to develop and deploy Event Express.
There were two segments of the deployment of Event Express, the first was to collect, house and manage all of Chevron’s assets. The second was to create custom API’s to integrate Event Express to their Inventory Management System, allowing both systems to seamlessly “talk” to one another.
With multi-tier permission based log-ins, Event Express is the front facing User Interface where reps can sign in, select and place their procurement of company-approved assets.
With the deployment of Chevron’s Event Express Asset Management System, icon1 provided online training and user guides on how to use Event Express.
